What do I need to bring?

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely and some water. Water is available to buy if you forget thou.

Do I need to be fit or flexible to do these classes?

All classes are designed to cater for all fitness levels and can be modified and progressed to suit individuals. Classes are no more than 12 people so you will receive feedback and continued support through out your class.

Its my first class, what do I do?

Please arrive 10 minutes early to your class. Your instructor will show you around and ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire. If you have any medical issues or injuries, this is the time to discuss with the instructor.

What is the cancellation policy?

Classes can be cancelled and refunded up to 6 hours before your class is due to start.  If you cancel or no show within this time frame you will be charged full price for the class. We ask if you cant make a class to please cancel so someone else can take your place.
